Last year for International Games Day, at my local public library I implemented and facilitated a BreakoutEDU published game ("The Mighty Pen"). It went great, with a group of diverse middle-schoolers. Now planning a similar experience for this November's International Games Week. Yes, I only have one box. My students are in groups of 4 and they move around the room to stations to get the clues and record their answers on paper and when they have all the clues they get to go to the box and try they answers.
